By engaging Precision Flooring Inc. for services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreements

All services are subject to written proposal approval. Work will be performed according to the agreed scope outlined in the proposal.

2. Communication Consent

By submitting your information through our website or other written method and actively opting in via an unchecked SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Precision Flooring Inc. related to estimates, scheduling, project updates, invoicing notifications, and customer care follow-ups.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and requirements will be outlined in the written proposal. Late payments may result in project delays.

4. Limitation of Liability

Precision Flooring Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services provided.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawai‘i.
